When life is difficult, we need a place to explore how to regain our emotional balance of self. In therapy, we focus on how past experiences and relationships have shaped the way we interact with others and how we learned to negotiate the world around us. My goal, as your therapist, is to explore and cultivate ways in which to decrease emotional distress and increase a renewed zest for yourself and for life.
