The focus is to create an atmosphere where clients can move out of their typical pattern (often fight or flight), foster their curiosity, try new tools, and develop solutions! My approach is collaborative, active, & focused on finding the methods that will best promote change. I work in a very upfront manner, utilizing a biopsychosocial frame to truly understand you.
