I am accepting new clients through telehealth! We are in unprecedented times, and self-care is so important. I am grateful you are searching for support. If you struggle with mental illness or a substance use issue, please contact me. I am trained as a generalist social worker which means I draw from many theories and backgrounds to meet your needs better. I can support you in many different ways, including goal setting, focusing on a solution, or finding your way when you are struggling to manage everyday life. If you just need an objective ear to listen, or help having a hard conversation, I can offer ideas and support. I have experience with family issues including divorce and child custody issues, substance use disorders, and mental health, as well as supporting people struggling with homelessness. I practice an eclectic style of social work, including person-centered, solution focused, MI, CBT, EFT and other theories as well. I try and lead with compassion and empathy. I understand that all people have struggles, and I am here to support others in a non-judgmental environment where you can be yourself. I will offer you acceptance, and kindness, and hopefully you will find comfort and calmness. The space we share is safe, and all about you.
