I am a supportive, non-judgmental therapist that realizes how hard it is to ask for help. Together we will identify issues you want to work on, recognizing and building on your strengths and uniqueness. We will find solutions that work for you. I have worked with clients with a variety of issues including persistent sadness and depression, worry and anxiety, difficulties in relationships, trauma and PTSD, and grief and loss. I also have extensive experience working with children, teenagers and their parents. My office is fully handicap accessible.
