Therapist Overview
IT’S NOT YOUR FAULT – Your nervous system has created a behavior pattern in an attempt to protect you from a perceived threat. I am a Breakthrough and Transformation expert. I use a combination of Polyvagal Theory, Somatic IFS (Internal Family Systems) Therapy, Traditional IFS and Coaching to help you understand and make changes to your body/mind/spirit response to STRESS. I strongly believe self-acceptance and self-compassion are the perfect foundation for making life changes. I will help you understand your autonomic (subconscious) nervous system and support you in creating a new response to stress. I can help you shift your body/mind/spirit’s stress response. As a Breakthrough Expert I will mentor you as you create your personal transformation. For the last several years I have been inspiring client’s to compassionately accept all aspects of themselves, stand in their truth and create the life of their dreams. I can help you too! I’m sincere when I say “It’s not your fault” – your subconscious mind is in charge when your system is stressed and overwhelmed. I encourage my clients to find their own personal truths, to explore and unearth their purpose and gifts and create a life that resonates most authentically with their innate wisdom. Creating the life they’ve always known possible
