I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, families, couples, and businesses. My specialties include treating anxiety and depression often cooccurring with many types of addictions, stressors, and/or traumas. For the last 5 years I have focused solely on behavioral health, working as a psychotherapist in private practice, a medical social worker and in outpatient behavioral clinic care. Prior, I spent over 20 years working with various corporations consulting with employees at all levels. I have a BA in Psychology, an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (MIOP), an MSW, and LCSW. I use various techniques such as CBT, DBT, and ACT. I have performed hundreds of biopsychosocial and depression assessments and other various evidence-based treatment and diagnostic tools in practice. I also am trained in the Gottman method for couples. I have a unique ability to help clients understand how oneās thoughts & feelings shape actions & behaviors. Through collaboration, clients become empowered to explore who they are, who they have been, and who they strive to be. I consider it an honor to be entrusted into the lives of my clients; I welcome the chance to help those wanting to make changes.
