Personal struggles often seem to interfere with performing normal daily activities. Sometimes having negative thoughts or certain feelings becomes so overwhelming it can lead to tears, frustration, or uncertainty of having a positive outcome. Does it seem when you feel you are trying your best that it’s never good enough? As a cancer survivor, I have been there and life can be complicated at times. However, there is hope and I would love to help you find your positive outcomes. I’ve worked for five years at an inpatient hospital serving as the Director of Intensive Treatment Services. I’ve treated behavioral issues, trauma, depression, suicidal thoughts and various mental health issues. It’s an honor to have letters of recommendation from DHS about my therapy practice. Dealing with life’s complications can be taxing on you and those around you.
