Everyday is a challenge when dealing with stress and anxiety but coupled with COVID, days can be even more difficult. I encourage you to take the steps you need towards your coping and healing. I have been working with individuals coping with grief, trauma and anxiety for 20 +years and recognize the difficulty the toll takes on the body and mind. I use a blend of biofeedback, EMDR, cognitive therapy and neurofeedback to alleviate symptoms and to acknowledge your strengths. However, the most important information for you to know is that it is not too late to find relief. I am a trauma informed therapist and undertand the challenges and difficulites one faces during such hardships.
