SPIRITUALITY + THE NERVOUS SYSTEM | I take a mind-body-spirit approach to therapy. I work remotely and in person with somatic counseling and shamanic healing. I believe we all have the innate capacity for healing, and by following the body’s cues, it will show us how to do just that. I like to work with the nervous system: through big-T Traumas a little-t traumas, many of us are not as regulated as we could be. Reasons to work with me may include depression, anxiety, addiction, relationship difficulties, spiritual emergency, insomnia, trauma, autoimmune issues, self-esteem, clarity of purpose, and deepening connection to yourself. I am driven by the core values of CONGRUENCE (do your face, body, desires, words, voice, and actions match? Do you have mind-body-spirit integrity and alignment?), DEPTH (getting below the surface layers of life), and INTIMACY (having a real, rich, sensuous relationship with yourself and your environment, cultivating the ability to touch deeply). Being a human being is hard! I work with people who know they could be more real, more themselves, more present, and more whole, but don’t know how.
