My goal is to guide clients to better understand themselves, to resolve the issues that keep them from growing and living out their purpose, and to build healthy relationships. As a marriage and family therapist, I am able to counsel people of all ages, from children to the geriatric population, who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, life adjustments, and loss.
