Although I enjoy working with a variety of concerns, my areas of expertise focus on adjustment to life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and topics related to diversity. I am a Professor at Adler University and an adjunct lecturer at Northwestern University. My work is strongly grounded in positive psychology and a strength based approach designed to promote growth and resilience. I also strive to provide care that honors diversity, is multi-culturally competent, and empowering.
