Anxiety, depression, grief, and loneliness are at the top of the list of emotions that I work most commonly with, including variables such as: trauma, sports-fears, betrayal, ethnicity and culture concerns. I welcome my clients, that they have come to the right place and they feel safe, while assisting individuals, couples and families in achieving a clear, calm transition towards their mental-wellness with less anxiety, more success, dignity, balancing mind-body and building empathy.
