Do you or a family member struggle with anxiety or depression? Would you like to enjoy parenting more and feel less overwhelmed? Does your child have trouble getting along with others? I provide individual and family therapy services for adults and children. Treatment often focuses on helping family members navigate and overcome issues related to behaviors, parenting, communication, relationships as well as anxiety and depression. I utilize a humanistic, strengths-based approach that will focus on increasing self-acceptance and personal growth. Treatment will be determined by each individual and/or family’s needs and goals and may include cognitive behavioral therapy, parent training and education, play therapy, and behavior modification. Upon our first meeting, you will find that my style is welcoming, supportive, and person centered. I work hard to create an environment where you feel heard.
