I enjoy working with clients who are struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions/adjustments, self-esteem, trauma, obsessions and compulsions, self harm, and women’s issues. I graduated from Webster University with a Masters in Counseling and have years of experience working with individuals in a variety of different settings. When you meet me, you’ll see that I take a client centered approach. I use several treatment modalities such as CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and person centered therapy.
