Therapist Overview

Sometimes life is hard and we need extra support. It can take courage to take that first step. By facing and working through difficult life challenges you can move from feeling lost and stuck to feeling more empowered and resilient. I provide a comfortable and supportive space to help adults (18 and older) work through stress, anxiety, grief, loss, relationship issues and difficult life transitions. I also specialize in social anxiety. My style is warm and collaborative, and my approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness with a strong emphasis on developing and enhancing coping strategies. In addition, I teach mindfulness meditation to those interested in bringing more mindfulness into their daily lives.
