Therapist Overview

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of Daybreak Counseling – a Christ centered counseling practice built on biblical principles in Savannah, Ga. The darkness that surrounds us when we are experiencing trials of many kinds can feel overwhelming — my goal is to assist individuals in finding hope, the daybreak for his or her soul. Throughout life, we all need help navigating the dark spots that can creep up on us, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you find your personal daybreak. I am trained in Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapy and embrace marital challenges – working alongside couples and nurturing a new, effective way of communication. In addition, I have completed extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples. Couples, women’s concerns, depression, anxiety, teen/young adult adjustment concerns are my focus. If you’re in need of a new perspective – a new way of seeking light in the darkness – I invite you to contact Daybreak Counseling to set up an appointment. “Leap, and the net will appear.” – John Burroughs
