Therapist Overview

I believe in the power of the counseling relationship and strives to develop an authentic, trusting, and open space for clients to explore their concerns. I strive to meet each client where they are and work collaboratively to meet each client’s individual needs and goals. I also seek to empower clients to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their concerns and to build upon their existing strengths and resources. I provide individual counseling to address a variety of concerns such as depression, life transitions, trauma, grief and loss, aging, illness, and women’s issues. I also provide play therapy for children ages 3 to 10 to address concerns such as behavioral issues or trauma. Additionally, I enjoy working with parents to enhance the parent-child relationship.
