Hope, growth, strength, and increased happiness are possible. Taking the first step toward healing and continuing to persevere through adversity requires courage, and you don’t have to do it alone. I believe human beings are innately driven toward happiness and health, but difficult experiences, unmet needs, and self-defeating beliefs can get in the way of this. I want to hear your story and help you overcome obstacles, experience greater happiness, regain a sense of control of your life, and free yourself from self-defeating thoughts and behaviors. In light of the pandemic, all of my services are currently provided over video. I have a strength based, holistic, and non-judgmental approach to therapy. I believe the relationship between client and therapist is crucial, and it’s essential that you and/or your child feels heard, respected, and accepted. My goal is to create a space for people to explore and process their experiences, identify their needs, and move in a direction of healing. I believe individuals are not defined by emotions, past experiences, or self-defeating thoughts – everyone has the capacity to change and create the life they want.
