Therapist Overview
You don’t have to be held back by doubts or uncertainty about yourself. It’s possible to live more freely. Let’s embark on this journey of healing. Our space is safe. You can bring your struggles and wounds, parts of yourself that you embrace and parts that you may not be so proud of. Collaboratively, we will work towards a deeper understanding of the recurring ways in which you feel stuck, as well as how past painful experiences may still live on in the present. Through this process, you can begin to find relief, discover new perspectives, and we can come up with ways to create a more fulfilling and authentic life. With advanced training in contemporary insight-oriented and cognitive-behavioral therapies, I am here to gently guide you, at your pace, to overcome what ails you. As an Asian American, I hold a multicultural perspective. I am sensitive to the ways that gender, culture, spirituality, personal and familial immigration history can shape our internal world. My aim is to meet you wherever you are and to tailor my approach to your needs. At this time, I have Saturday availability. Video sessions are also available on some evenings. Let’s talk to see how we might work together to meet your goals.
