I enjoy working with clients from all ages, cultures and backgrounds. I believe mental wellness is an essential part of living a balanced and full life. When working with clients I find almost everyone has been exposed to some form of trauma whether one event or over a large period of time. Processing what has happened to us is critical in being able to get back to a state of balance between our mind and body.
