Are you finding it difficult to cope with the challenges of day to day life, divorce, parenting issues or family conflict? Seeking guidance through therapy is a sign of strength and wisdom. Are you a woman or couple struggling with anxiety or depression during or after pregnancy or coping with pregnancy/infant loss? I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space in which my clients can feel heard and develop coping strategies and perspective. As a Marriage and Family Therapist I am trained to work with individuals, couples and families within a systems perspective which includes my clients’ family histories in our work toward change and growth in the here and now. My practice is affirming of all religious beliefs and/or lack of religious beliefs and is fully accepting of the LGBTQ community.
