Therapist Overview

***As of November 2020 – Not Accepting New Clients*** I’ve been helping individuals and families work through a variety of issues, such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. My therapeutic style is active and I use several approaches and tools, including cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed therapy, mindfulness, mind-body interventions, Internal Family Systems, attachment-focused family work, EMDR, and DBT coping skills building.
