I offer guidance to individuals, groups and families experiencing great transitions in life. This can include movement from adolescent to adulthood, retirement, marriage, divorce, parenting, letting your child move on, change in career, loss of loved one, and a number of other life phases transitions. This is not your typical therapy experience. I like to explore your changes in life through the witnessing of changes in the natural world. Session can include: walking in the park, sitting in an oak tree, or playing in the sands by the river. I am a trained counselor with an eclectic approach. I have extensive training in jungian, gestalt, NLP, ecotherapy, group and family counseling. I am mentor, individual and family counselor, as I incorporate a great deal of how systems interact with each other in new and engaging ways. My practice is unique because it takes place outside.
