I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and their families at some of the most challenging times in their lives. I have a passion for working with teens and young adults facing depression, anxiety, school issues, and family related issues. Prior to working in private practice, I worked with adults and teens struggling with a variety of mental health and behavioral issues in high schools, inpatient and outpatient programs. In my private practice, I try to create a comfortable space for teens, young adults and adults to discuss and create change for themselves. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Case Coordinator with experience in assisting clients with developing healthy communication, emotional regulation and coping skills. I also have experience creating detailed transition plans for young adults who struggle to keep up with school, work, or overwhelming social settings.
