Therapist Overview
It is my goal as a therapist to come alongside each client, providing support, care, and a safe place to process and work towards personal well-being. I enjoy providing therapy from a variety of treatment modalities including cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, family systems, client-centered, and faith integration at the client’s desire. I have experience working with adults, families, children, and adolescents in a variety of settings including private practice, public school, and a non-profit transitional home for women. I have received training in treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, family, parenting, and marital issues, as well as trauma and addictions. I completed my Bachelor of Arts degree in Family Relations and Child Development from Ball State University. I graduated from Huntington University with a Master of Arts in Counseling in July 2016. I am licensed in the state of Indiana as a Mental Health Counselor Associate.
