Therapist Overview
As a therapist, my priority is to create a safe space and effective therapeutic process for you to explore your natural potential to be creative, resourceful, and whole. My role is to guide and support choices and change. I welcome and enjoy working with individuals of all ages on a range of mental health issues which may include depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, interpersonal issues, behavioral issues, and life transitions. My undergraduate degree in Child Development/Early Childhood Education greatly informs my clinical work with children and families, including infants and toddlers, preschool-age children and parents. I view the therapeutic relationship as a partnership between therapist and client. Together, we will create a treatment plan based on your needs, strengths, and values to achieve your goals. It is possible to lead a life of acceptance, empowerment, balance and belonging. If you or someone you love is struggling with a mental health problem or emotional issue, please reach out. There is no need to be alone.
