I am passionate about creating a safe space to connect authentically. I am here to empower you and to walk alongside you compassionately through whatever it is you may be facing at this time. I want to support you in accessing the abundant resources within yourself in order to enhance your well-being. This is truly a judgment-free space. I use a variety of tools to create individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Art Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Sandtray, and therapeutic play. I obtained my Master’s degree in art therapy and counseling from Southwestern College. I have counseling experience with teens, children, infants, and women. I work with PTSD/trauma, life stressors, anxiety, depression, attachment issues, relationship struggles, self harm, gender and sexuality issues, grief, foster care, adoption, and more. My tortoise, Luna, can tag along to provide animal assisted therapy. I offer art therapy to any client who may be interested. The idea of art can be intimidating for people, but this a different kind of “art.” Art therapy is not about creating a beautiful picture- it is about self expression.
