As a Board Certified Art Therapist, I bridge expressive arts, integrative therapies, and a humanistic approach to find healing and personal meaning to your story. Through the creative process and psychoanalytic theory, we focus on human relationships, personal insight, self-awareness, and stress reduction techniques. Art therapy is about play, discovery and personal growth. No art experience necessary. I have a Master’s Degree in Art Therapy and Creativity Development from Pratt Institute and a dual certification as a Child Life Specialist.
