Therapist Overview

We all feel stuck sometimes—in old patterns, painful feelings, anxious thoughts, or harsh beliefs about ourselves or other people. Stuckness, struggle and pain may be natural parts of life, but tackling those things alone doesn’t have to be. I work with people facing all sorts of challenges—like self esteem, sexuality, depression, anxiety, past trauma, relationship struggles, gender identity, grief and loss, and life transitions. I’m LGBTQIA+, poly, and kink welcoming/affirming. We go to therapy for change. But that change is often less about being different, and more about learning to trust your true self—getting to know all parts of you (even that harsh inner critic!) and healing old wounds so you can feel more balanced. My job is to support you—and challenge you—in identifying and removing the barriers in your way. Just being human in this world can be confusing, exhausting and heartbreaking. I offer a warm, safe, non-judgmental place to dig in— leaning on genuine human
