Grief is hard! It can be the most painful and difficult challenge in life. You do not have to remain in pain. You can heal and feel better after a loss or trauma. With proper information and support, I witness post traumatic growth in clients. It is my specialty to come along side grievers, help them complete the emotional work causing pain and help them rebuild their lives after a loss. l teach about grief as I provide counseling.
