You know yourself best, and I hope to help guide you in the journey of improving your quality of life. We all need help from an outside perspective from time to time; I create a safe, non-judgmental, environment to help you with your goals. Battling anxiety? Wanting to grow into a more authentic you? Let’s work together to meet these struggles head on. I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Trevecca Nazarene University. I work with teens and adults in family, couples, and individual therapy. I specialize in helping the LGBT community, people struggling with anxiety, and trauma survivors. I am certified in Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) and currently am in training for Somatic Experiencing.
