I have a passion to empower individuals and families to overcome life’s obstacles to improve their overall wellbeing. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and hold a master’s level education in mental health counseling from Argosy University, Phoenix. I completed my bachelors in psychology in New York at Siena College. I have experience in treating clients dealing with a variety of issues: ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorder, parent/child relational issues, parenting challenges, grief and different forms of trauma. I have experience facilitating individual, family and group therapy. My treatment modalities include, but not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy.
