Sometimes our lives can become unbalanced and things can rapidly spin out of control, with no end in sight. Whether it’s someone we love and care about, or ourselves, we all at times, need help. Getting the necessary tools to overcome adversity, cope with chronic struggles, or help someone close to us can make a huge impact on our lives. The key ingredient is a willingness to change. If we are willing to make a difference in our own lives or the life of a loved one, then we just need some guidance. So let’s explore what those steps will look like and start chipping away at the underlying problems. First, I’m glad you’ve decided to look into getting help for yourself or another, the first step can be difficult. I specialize in treating those with various mental disorders and behavioral issues to include: ADHD, PTSD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, TBI, Learning Disabilities, Child and Adolescent Behavioral Issues, Custody and Divorce issues. I’ve struggled in my life and know what it’s like to feel defeated. I went from being a divorced homeless Veteran, suffering from a Brain Injury (TBI), PTSD, and Depression to a happily remarried father of four, a Psychologist Intern, Ministry Director, and Behaviorist. What do I attribute to this change, excellent therapy. Now it’s my turn to help others.
