Therapist Overview
Stories have always been important to me. I find myself inspired, enthralled, and humbled by the stories of people and their relationships with each other. I believe in the importance of honoring each story I hear and working with clients to help their life be as they imagine it to be. I find value in working with my clients to understand the impact of their important relationships to their lives. I love being a therapist and I feel humbled and fortunate every day to be in this profession. My approach to working with clients is to get to know their narrative and help them identify the obstacles that are constraining them. My interests include treating workplace stress, couple’s issues, women’s issues, and navigating life transitions. I incorporate mindfulness into my work as well as CBT and DBT techniques. I have a specific interest in perinatal mood disorders. Additionally, I enjoy working with individuals in the mental health field.
