MRC is a counseling office offering a wide range of individual therapies, group health and wellness classes, and support groups. This includes marriage counseling, infidelity, divorce, co-parenting, grief counseling, career counseling, eating disorders… Our philosophy is a client-centered approach with customized treatments based on your specific goals. We are Licensed Counselors working with children 3+, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. With Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) certifications, we help people correct unhealthy behaviors. With Aggressive Replacement Therapy (ART), individuals are trained to build social skills and manage anger. Some of us are also Trauma and VA certified. The office provides a safe, relaxing, and non-judgmental environment. Hours vary to accommodate your busy schedules. We now mainly offer Telemental health (online counsel) for our clients’ safety as well as ours. Groups have also switched to online groups.
