My ideal client is motivated for change and looking for clarity in their life. Relationships are hard and we are surrounded by them everyday at work, school, and home. I want to ‘dig deep’ so to speak and get to the root of what is stopping you from living your best life. I am an LPCC with experience in areas including: eating disorders, depression, anxiety, abuse, and family concerns among others. I work with individuals, however have worked with families and am open to bringing them into session as needed.
