Therapist Overview
I provide individuals, families, and couples with a safe space to explore challenges, connect with feelings, improve communication and find a new path to create the life they want. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on emotional distress, anxiety, depression, adjusting to life transitions (i.e. divorce, career change), trauma, parenting, blended families, relationship issues, estrangement, self-esteem, ADHD, and grief/loss. I am an ally to those who identify as a part of the LGBTQ+ community. I use a realistic approach that integrates empathy, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness as well as cognitive behavioral therapy to promote change towards wholeness and healing. I chose this profession to help people achieve their full potential and strengthen their skills to overcome obstacles they identify in their lives. It is truly amazing to witness clients reach their goals and it would be a privilege to work with you as you pursue yours.
