I joined the Lincoln Behavioral Health Clinic team in 2017 as a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner and a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have practiced as a counselor since 2013 when I graduated from Doane College with a Master of Arts degree in Counseling. My theoretical orientation to counseling is grounded in person-centered, existential, cognitive-behavioral, and strength-based methods. Wholeness does not mean happiness and contentment all of the time–wholeness means learning how to live with and integrate all of life’s events–ups and downs. Let’s work together to figure it out.
