I work with adolescents and young adults to address a wide range of emotional and interpersonal problems. My counseling approach is based on your needs, strengths and goals. I have knowledge and experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Being able to use my knowledge and experience to assist individuals in healing from negative experiences and overcoming obstacles is something that I not only am passionate about, but also have experience with. My approach is laid-back and down to earth, and the sessions are very much directed by the client. First, we will establish goals and focus on your individual strengths and needs. This will help us find balance in your life and reduce your unwanted symptoms. We will collaboratively work together in order to heal from your source of pain and find stability and happiness in your life. I use an integrated therapeutic approach aimed to assist with anxiety, depression, mood management and life transitions. I am willing to accommodate to your schedule: evening and/or weekend.
