I provide a safe and welcoming space where clients can freely explore their emotions, thoughts, and core self beliefs to increases awareness and develop coping responses to use in daily life. My clinical approach incorporates use of a mind, body and spirit approach through a combination of EMDR therapy, therapeutic yoga, mindfulness and iRestĀ® Meditation. It is my belief that you are doing the best you know how to do, given your life circumstances. Therapy allows you the space to explore new ways to do things and new ways to encounter the world. Through my holistic approach, I help client create a sense of groundedness and ease. It is from this place that healing starts. When we can experience a sense of ease in our physical body, we are open to explore inner our internal world of thoughts, emotions, beliefs and past experiences. I can adapt approaches to work with tweens, adolescents and couples. Our past and current experiences have shaped us, sometimes leading to the difficulties experienced in the present.
