I work using Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) which is grounded in attachment theory and supported by neuroscience. I have trained in grief counseling, Multidimensional Family Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), Hakomi for couples, and AEDP for couples.
