I am a small in-home practice and work primarily with couples, individuals, adolescents and teens. Depending on your needs, which will be determined during the phone consultation, I offer a combination of traditional talk therapy with alternative treatments. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health with an emphasis on the mind, body, and spirit, to achieve exciting, meaningful, and sustainable results. My current clients have been with me for several years and I welcome the opportunity to establish more therapeutic relationships if you are willing to take the journey. NOTE: Currently, I am limited to online sessions. I work with couples that are struggling in their relationship; individuals that are in spiritual crisis; adolescents and teens with a history of trauma, and people that are experiencing all types and levels of adjustment issues.
