I have over 25 years of experience in varying capacities within Child Protective Services. In my career working with families, I understand the mental health concerns that individuals struggle with and the outcomes when left untreated. I am trained in Emotional Freedom Techniques/Tapping. It compliments CBT as it works well as a calming technique for anxiety spectrum disorders and pain management.
