Therapist Overview
We’ve all experienced the pain of feeling stuck– stuck in our relationships, in ways of thinking and feeling, in behaviors that don’t serve us. I work to help people identify ineffective patterns, to explore the issues that trouble them, and to deal with the unexpected challenges that inevitably arise as we move through life’s stages. I offer a fresh perspective and a safe environment in which we can explore together the obstacles that stand in the way of greater harmony in your relationships, and satisfaction in your life. I offer services to adolescents, adults and their families addressing a wide range of problems. Individuals, couples and families struggling with behavioral problems, relational issues, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma and grief are all part of my clinical practice. I use a collaborative, strength-based, and systemic approach to therapy. I focus on the client’s environment, past trauma, interpersonal relationships, personal strengths and specific challenges in a safe environment for exploration, discussion and healing. Due to the COVID crisis, I am currently working exclusively via video.
