Therapist Overview

I strive to create a warm, supportive and challenging environment where clients feel safe to work through difficult emotions, past experiences, complicated family dynamics, relationship issues and changes in the seasons of life that create opportunities for growth and a chance to be innovative and become more resilient. I frequently collaborate with other professions with my clients’ permission to coordinate care and facilitate the best possible outcomes. I work with clients to empower them to learn skills and strategies that are consistent with their personal goals. When I work with my clients I look at each individual through a developmental lens. I use evidence based treatment modalities to educated couples on how they can best communicate with each other in highly successful ways. I offer phone consultations prior to beginning the therapeutic process to ensure that my clients have the opportunity to meet with a therapist that is the best match for them and I will provide referral
