I typically work with clients who feel like they don’t fit in. With not fitting in comes anxiety and depression that can become overwhelming and exhausting. It can be difficult to show your true, authentic self if you do not feel safe in your own skin. I work to create a safe, judgement free environment for you to grow and feel comfortable to be who you are in a healthy way. The purpose of therapy isn’t to change you, but to help build on your strengths and break through the negative self-talk and harmful self-judgment. I provide telehealth and walk and talk therapy in addition to my office setting. I enjoy working with anxiety, depression and relationship issues. I have been trained in various modalities- CBT, psychodynamic, mindfulness, client centered and humanistic. In addition, I have been trained and specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ population.
