I have spent many years in various roles at Northwestern Medicine Behavioral Health Services, most recently as Psychiatric Counseling Coordinator Throughout my career I have acquired vast experience working with clients from all walks of life. I can help my clients gain a completely new perspective on the things that are holding them back from living a full and meaningful life. Learning mindfulness can greatly enhance the quality of every aspect of your life. The techniques you will learn are both meaningful and fun.
