Therapist Overview
My experience as a therapist has allowed me to assist a spectrum of ages from children, persons of age, and populations, including LGBTQ+, those living with cancer, veterans, and youths in juvenile justice. My background provides me the ability to see various points of views lending support and validation. I pride myself in being in culturally competent and LGBTQ+ and gender nonconforming affirming. I am a trauma informed therapist having served children and youth to now working with mostly veterans. I have pursued additional training and received a graduate certificate in LGBT+ Health Policy and Practice and training in working with veterans with PTSD and their spouses. I am able to provide services in either Brighton and Troy. Additionally, I am providing a telehealth monthly Pride Cancer Support Group, for LGBTQ+ patients, survivors, and caregivers, through the Greater Cancer Support Community of Ann Arbor.
