Feeling stuck? Life stress can make you feel down, anxious, angry, defeated, hopeless and helpless. Life stressors and the accompanying emotions can keep you up at night, cause a loss of appetite, and irritability. Ideally, you want to “get over it,” but for some reason, it has been getting worse and affecting you, your relationships with family and friends, and even at work. Then you find yourself wondering, “What’s wrong with me?” I am a licensed psychologist with ten years of experiences in various settings (inpatient, outpatient, counseling centers). Our work together will help you gain a better understanding of yourself; especially parts of the self that are often unexplored. We will be examining issues through multicultural views while finding your strength and resilience.
