For over a decade I’ve been connecting and helping people. My genuine curiosity for human behavior blossomed while I was a personal trainer and bartender. My compassion and respect for humans grew witnessing life’s greatest pain and resiliency during my career as a lifestyle coach for people with chronic disease. Being a mom I am reminded of the value of playfulness and not to take things so darn serious all the time.
